Complaint Dismissed on Procedural Grounds

Attorney Decker recently secured the dismissal of a case filed against a Commercial Defendant.  The plaintiff’s lawsuit was dismissed as the action was not timely filed and served within the two year statute of limitations required under Pennsylvania law.
