What assets can be distributed according to a Will?

A Will controls the distribution of all of your property owned solely by you that does not otherwise have a beneficiary designation, such as real estate, tangible personal property (i.e. furniture, collections, equipment, tools), vehicles, boats and any other property you own that can be touched and moved.
