Pictures I found on the internet come from an "open source" website. Can I use those pictures on my website?
Not necessarily. Each website has its own license agreement which you must read carefully. Sometimes you must give credit or "attribution" to the website when you use the picture. If you don't comply with the license agreement, you are committing copyright infringement.
