John Draskovic Speaks at American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) Meeting

John Draskovic, senior partner and Chair of MacDonald Illig's Workers' Compensation group, recently spoke at an American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) meeting. Those who attended the presentation included a variety of HR and Safety professionals from NW PA.

During his presentation, Mr. Draskovic discussed recent appellate decisions involving harassment, voluntary withdrawal from the workforce, offers to return to modified duty and employee violations of positive work orders.
