Attorney Shaw Speak on Americans with Disabilities Act Issues for Local Government Entities

On April 24, 2018, Attorney Mark J. Shaw will present a seminar workshop on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) at the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS) 2018 Annual Conference in Hershey, Pennsylvania.  The presentation is entitled "From Parks to Public Meetings: What Does the ADA Require", and will provide an overview of the numerous and wide-ranging obligations that all governmental entities have under Title II of the ADA.  The seminar will cover the ADA's requirements and steps a public entity should take to ensure ADA compliance in all areas.
