Bio

When working with her clients, Colleen's goal is for them to have peace of mind at the end of the process. This might occur through the development of a complex estate plan aimed at obtaining asset protection, the creation of a long term care plan that enables an elderly loved one to remain in their home through their senior years, or a business succession plan that provides for the continuation of a family business for future generations. Her practical, but compassionate, advice subsequently has guided her clients through the administration of trusts and estate and the implementation these estate plans that provide for efficient administration, while also minimizing tax consequences.

As counsel to both for-profit and nonprofit entities, Colleen supports her business clients throughout the organizational lifecycle. Colleen lends her expertise in entity formation to first-time entrepreneurs, passion for corporate governance to non-profit organizations engaged in board development, and mergers and acquisitions experience to entities prepared to invest in the growth of their business. As general counsel, Colleen provides competent guidance to businesses as they address the various matters facing their business daily.
