Attorneys Solo and Venesky recently had a case dismissed in favor of their client through a successful motion for summary judgment and accompanying oral argument. The pair was successful in arguing that their client, a landowner, was not liable for plaintiff’s injuries that occurred while he was working on a construction site at landowner’s business as the landowner was not in control of the site. The court granted their motion for summary judgment, and the case was therefore dismissed.
